Ingredients
500g Lean Ground Beef
2-3 Medium Potatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Head Shredded Lettuce
1/2 Cup Pickle Slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Dice potatoes into 1cm cubes, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 0.75 tsp garlic powder, and salt
Spread on baking sheet, roast 20 minutes, flipping once
Mix 1 tsp smoked paprika, 0.75 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper for spice blend
Divide beef into 4 portions and form into patties
Season patties evenly with spice blend
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a cast iron skillet, cook patties over medium-rare heat until seared (4-5 minutes per side), let rest
Whisk mayonnaise with 1 tsp smoked paprika and 0.75 tsp garlic powder for sauce
Assemble bowls: layer lettuce, top with roasted potatoes, beef patty, pickles, and avocado
Drizzle with homemade sauce before serving
