Onion (small, finely chopped) 1

Mustard 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce (vegetarian optional) 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper (freshly ground) 1/2 teaspoon
Penne pasta 12 ounces
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups
Turkey bacon (pork-free alternative) 1/2 pound, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Add onions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
