Description

A patriotic, crowd-pleasing dessert with a sugar cookie crust, stabilized vanilla cream cheese frosting, and fresh red and blue berries arranged like the American flag. Quick to assemble and visually striking for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

Refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
12 oz raspberries (wash and dry)
1 pint blueberries (fresh, firm)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F
Line a 13×9 inch baking sheet with parchment paper
Press cookie dough evenly into the pan to form a crust
Bake for 10-12 minutes until light golden, cool completely
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
Fold in thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated
Spread frosting onto cooled crust, leaving space for a red and white pattern
Arrange blueberries in a central rectangle for the flag’s blue section
Place raspberries around the perimeter and in stars for the flag design

Notes

Use halal-certified cream cheese and travel-sized whipped topping to ensure compliance
Adjust blueberry and raspberry amounts for desired thickness
Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container
