Ingredients

Ground Turkey (93% lean), 1 lb
Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (or Tamari), 1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar (or White Vinegar), 2 tablespoons
Brown Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Granulated Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon
Grated Fresh Ginger, 1 teaspoon
Broccoli (small florets), 1 cup
Grated Carrots (peeled), 2 large
Uncooked White Rice (e.g., jasmine), 1 cup
Cornstarch Slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water)


Instructions

Cook rice: Rinse 1 cup uncooked rice, then simmer in 2.25 cups water until fluffy.
Brown turkey: Cook 1 lb ground turkey in skillet until golden and crispy, drain excess fat.
Cook aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to skillet, sauté until fragrant.
